Curtis develops Air Force menus and manages data input for the
Corporate Food Service and Air Force Recipe Service systems. She is responsible for Air Force food
management, policy and procedures and works closely with Department of
Defense, Headquarters USAF, Major Commands, other military services,
government agencies, and civilian industries. She provides technical direction and
oversight for the Air Force Food & Beverage program that comprises
276 facilities and manages an operational budget of $300M.
MSgt Curtis’s background includes various
duties in the Services career field to include Missile Field feeding, Flight
Kitchen, NCOIC Troop Support, PC Troop Technician, NCOIC of Training,
NCOIC of Fitness, Dining Facility Manager, Readiness Section Chief,
Services Superintendent and additional duty First Sergeant. Her assignments include Grand Forks
AFB ND, Andersen AFB, Guam, Hurlburt Field AFB, FL, Ellsworth AFB, SD
and Incirlik AB, Turkey.
